
EASY WAYS TO DRINK WATER.

I realized that my daughter would stay up to 5 days without drinking water.Her skin looked so ashy and her lips were so dried .I would give her the water bottle to have it the whole day but still she wouldn’t finish the water; so I had to figure out ways of helping her getting hydrated and recently I’ve seen improvement of her skin.
.having a glass of water every morning when you wake up could elevate your mood energy
.making soups as part of meal will keep you hydrated
.taking smoothies is better than taking junky drinks
.eating juicy fruits like watermelon and oranges
.taking herbal tea like green tea, lemon tea and hibiscus tea
.drinking milk like coconut milk, almond milk and dairy milk
.before eating you could also sip water as a habit
.drinking water after getting out of the bathroom
