Sometimes you could be doing everything right to reduce weight but still same.weight plataeu means the the body is changing not stuck. This means that the body is maintained due to doing the same thing. Here are some tips that can help you break the weight plataeu.


•Add some more food calorie for 3 to 4days(not junk food)


•Add more protein intake in your diet


•Fix your sleep routine (maximum 7 to 9hours)


•change your work out(stop doing the same thing every day)


•learn how to deal with stress and control your emotions


•drink lots of water(make it a habit)


•stop weighing on scale everyday ;you will not get correct measurements due to body compositioning

~foods like vegetables and whole grains have high content fiber and they take long to digest. Food still in the stomach or intestines has weight.

~exercises helps to tone down the body and strengthen muscles and joints

~learning how to control stress in our daily lives could help improve your mental health; there is always a solution in every situation when well approached.
